Já deves ter visto nos filmes certas cenas nas quais pessoas que tinham sido imobilizadas e tinham os pulsos presos com aqueles fitas de plástico, se libertavam facilmente… E não é pura ficção, dá para se soltar mesmo!

Este vídeo ensina como se libertar, se tiver sid presa com uma dessas fitas, utilizando os atacadores do calçado. Obviamente que tem que ser um atacador grosso. Vê como se faz…
