Tudo aconteceu no dia 24 de Setembro e o automóvel ainda não foi encontrado.
Existe uma nova forma de roubar carros que as autoridades inglesas divulgaram e acreditam ser as primeiras imagens captadas em vídeo deste novo tipo de roubo, em que os ladrões levam o veículo sem precisar sequer da chave
As imagens foram captadas por uma câmara de segurança, onde aparecem dois homens de cara tapada a saírem de um carro junto a uma casa.
Com uma caixa de transmissão, captam o sinal da chave do Mercedes do dono da casa e depois conectam a mesma para uma segunda caixa junto ao veículo. Em questão de segundos e o “milagre” acontecem com as portas do carro abertas.
O material usado neste novo tipo de assalto consegue, de acordo com a policia inglesa, captar sinais através de paredes, portas e janelas, mas não de metal.
